This document provides for the release of liability of Doggies 911 Rescue (Doggies 911), and its volunteers on account of the actions of any dog of any breed, which has been released into the ownership of Doggies 911 and placed into the care of a Foster Care Provider (“any fostered dog”). Doggies 911 Rescue, to whom they are contractually obligated to and from and against any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death as well as property damage and expenses, and including, without limitation, attorney fees and court costs and any other liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by me or which may arise from my activities as a volunteer.
